Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 2-week return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Return & Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees required for all returns or exchanges.
How to Request a Return:
You can either contact us via Instagram @riot.eg or request a return through your account under My Account. All returns should be sent to Riot HQ.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Baselayers (including tank tops): not eligible for return. They may be exchanged only if tried on once.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and require the item to be returned in unused, original condition as outlined above.
